Tacoma (2005-2011) Hybrid Front Bumper

Designed for strength, clearance, and clean OEM-style fitment, the Bay Area Metal Fab (BAMF) / Cascadia Overland Co. Hybrid Front Bumper for the 2005–2011 Toyota Tacoma (2nd Gen) combines a reinforced plate steel center section with tubular outer wings for serious protection without unnecessary weight.

The center section is constructed from reinforced plate steel and tucked tight to the frame for improved approach angle. Tubular outer wings are formed from 1.75" x .120-wall DOM tubing, delivering impact protection while maintaining a smooth transition that complements the factory body lines. The top is fully gusseted and capped with 11-gauge sheet steel to close the factory gap and add rigidity where it matters most.

This bumper is 100% designed and fabricated in-house in the USA and finished in a durable black powder coat for long-lasting corrosion resistance.
