After You Order – What to Expect

We're excited to get started on your build. Here's exactly what happens after you place your order, from vehicle verification all the way to production start.

Step 01

Order Confirmation

After checkout, our team will reach out to confirm your order and kick off the fitment process. We'll verify your vehicle details and determine if any additional measurements are needed.

Already in our database? If your truck is in our fitment library, we may not need any measurements at all. Local to Monroe, WA? You're welcome to bring your truck to our shop and we'll handle everything in-house.

Step 02

Vehicle Verification & Measurements

We'll confirm your vehicle VIN to lock in exact factory specifications. In some cases we may also request physical measurements to ensure a perfect fit. Use the guides below based on your model.

Step 03

Vehicle & Order Specification Form

Once your VIN and dimensions are confirmed, we'll send you our Vehicle & Order Specification Form. This document locks everything in before production begins.


  • Confirms your exact vehicle configuration
  • Locks in your camper model and selected options
  • Finalizes all technical fitment details
  • Outlines production terms and policies
Important: Production does not begin until this form is completed and signed.

Step 04

Production Begins

With the spec form signed, your camper officially enters the build queue. From here, things move fast.


  • Materials are allocated to your build
  • Fabrication slots are scheduled
  • Vendors are committed to your order
  • Your Cascadia Overland Co. camper starts coming to life
