We’re excited to get started on your Cascadia Overland Co. camper build. Here’s what to expect after checkout.

 

Vehicle Verification (VIN & Measurements)

Our team will reach out shortly to confirm your vehicle VIN so we can confirm exact factory specifications for your truck. In some cases, we may also request physical measurements to ensure perfect fitment.

If your vehicle is already in our fitment database, measurements may not be required.
If you’re local to us in Monroe, WA, you’re also welcome to bring your truck to our shop and we can take all measurements in-house.

Vehicle & Order Specification Form

Once we’ve confirmed your VIN and dimensions, we’ll send you our Vehicle & Order Specification Form. This document:

  • Confirms your exact vehicle configuration

  • Locks in your camper model and options

  • Finalizes technical fitment details

  • Outlines production terms and policies

Production does not begin until this form is completed and signed.

 

Production Begins

After the specification form is finalized:

  • Materials are allocated

  • Fabrication slots are scheduled

  • Vendors are committed

  • Your camper officially enters the build queue

From there, your Cascadia Overland Co. camper starts coming to life.
