Ordering & Payment

You can order directly through our website by adding a camper to your cart and completing checkout. After your order is placed, our team will reach out to collect your vehicle information, confirm your build, and send you our Vehicle & Order Specification Form. Production does not begin until that form is signed. See the full after-order process →
Yes — financing is available at checkout through Shop Pay, subject to approval. Options include 0% APR plans for qualified buyers. Select "Shop Pay Installments" during checkout to see the plans available to you.
Deposits are available for the Apex Camper only. The remaining balance is due prior to installation. The Frontier and Summit require payment in full at the time of order. All deposit terms are outlined at checkout and in the order confirmation. Deposit refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
Once your Vehicle & Order Specification Form is signed, cancellations and returns are not accepted. This form confirms your vehicle dimensions, build configuration, accessories, and order policies — and serves as the binding agreement that triggers production. We encourage you to review everything carefully before signing. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

Lead Times & Production

Frontier and Summit campers typically take 12–15 weeks from order to delivery. The Apex runs 15–20 weeks due to the complexity of the build. These are estimates — supply chain and shipping conditions can vary. View full lead time breakdown →
Production begins only after your Vehicle & Order Specification Form is completed and signed. Until then, your build slot is not finalized. We recommend completing this step promptly after ordering so your lead time clock starts as soon as possible.
Our campers are manufactured at our specialized overseas facility in China and shipped to our US headquarters in Monroe, WA. Every camper is inspected at our shop before installation. The build is designed in the US and produced through trusted manufacturing partners.

Fitment & Compatibility

Every camper is custom-built to fit your specific truck — we don't use universal sizing. After you order, we'll confirm your vehicle VIN and may request physical measurements to ensure a perfect fit. If your truck is already in our fitment database, measurements may not be needed. Contact us if you'd like to confirm compatibility before ordering.
We build for both mid-size and full-size trucks. If you have a truck with a standard bed, there's a very good chance we can fit it. Reach out with your year, make, model, and bed size and we'll let you know right away.
Yes — any load in your bed affects your truck's payload rating. The Frontier is approximately 330 lbs, the Summit approximately 485 lbs, and the Apex ranges from 1,000–1,400 lbs depending on bed size and options. We recommend checking your truck's payload capacity before ordering, particularly for the Apex. Your truck's payload sticker is located on the inside of the driver's door jamb.

Installation & Delivery

Yes, installation is included with every camper purchase and is performed at our shop in Monroe, WA. We prefer local pickup and installation — it allows us to ensure a perfect fit and walk you through the camper in person before you drive away.
Yes — we can ship anywhere in the US. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your ZIP code. We prefer local installation when possible, but we understand not everyone is near Monroe, WA. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Every camper purchase includes:
  • Professional installation onto your truck (at our Monroe, WA shop)

  • Keys for all lockable hatches and doors

The Campers

Both are wedge-style pop-up campers built from aluminum with the same lead time and construction quality. The main difference is width — the Summit uses a wider body design that adds significant interior space and a larger sleeping platform, making it better suited for couples or families. The Frontier is the lighter, more affordable option at around 330 lbs, ideal for solo travelers or those prioritizing minimal impact on their truck.
No — camper jacks for the Frontier and Summit must be selected at the time of purchase. They are built into the canopy structure and cannot be added after the fact. If you think you'll want them, we strongly recommend adding them during your initial order. Not sure if you need jacks? They make it much easier to load and remove the camper from your truck on your own — highly recommended if you plan to use the camper without a helper.
All windows use tempered glass. Tempered glass is significantly stronger than standard glass and, if broken, shatters into small blunt pieces rather than sharp shards — making it the right choice for off-road and outdoor use.
Occasionally we have in-stock units available for faster delivery. Since every camper is custom-fitted to a specific vehicle, it doesn't make sense to hold large inventory — but we do keep a small number of common configurations on hand. Check our In-Stock page for current availability.
Yes. Our product pages include ready-to-order configurations, but we can add or remove items, adjust the build, or put together a fully custom quote. The Apex in particular is highly customizable — different interior layouts, fridge options, storage configurations, and a full-length extension with shower and toilet are all possible. Reach out to discuss your build.
We use our own OEM accessories — awnings, shower tents, solar panels, roof racks, and more are all Cascadia Overland Co. branded products. This lets us control quality and ensure everything is designed to work together with our campers from day one, rather than piecing together third-party parts.
