About Us

Our Mission

Cascadia Overland Co. started on the trail, not in a boardroom.

What began as a YouTube channel documenting real overland travel across the Pacific Northwest quickly turned into hands-on experience — miles logged, gear tested, and systems pushed in real conditions. Along the way, we purchased and ran our own camper. Using it, modifying it, and living with it exposed a clear gap in the market: solid campers and overland gear existed, but the combination of value, quality, and reliable US-based support was hard to find.

That gap became the foundation for Cascadia Overland Co.

Today, we source, design, build, and support overland campers and equipment for people who actually use their rigs. Based in the Pacific Northwest, everything we offer is selected and tested for wet climates, rough terrain, and long-term durability — not just showroom appeal.

Beyond campers and gear, we provide full in-house vehicle outfitting and fabrication. Our work ranges from suspension upgrades and lift kits to complete vehicle builds, structural modifications, and custom frame fabrication. Whether it’s electrical systems, storage, water systems, armor, or one-off solutions, all fabrication and installs are handled in-house by people who build and run these systems themselves.

We work on full builds, partial upgrades, repairs, and problem-solving — including electrical troubleshooting, structural repairs, and reinforcement for real off-road use. No outsourcing. No guesswork. Just straightforward solutions built to last.

Every product we sell and every build we deliver is backed by direct, US-based support and a clear warranty. If something breaks, you deal with us — the same people who built or installed it.

We build reliable rigs that hold up when conditions get rough.

Design & Manufacturing

At Cascadia Overland Co., our design and manufacturing process is built around durability, serviceability, and real-world use.

Every truck camper and component begins with in-house design and engineering in the Pacific Northwest. Our designs are driven by the terrain and conditions we run — wet climates, rough forest roads, temperature swings, and extended off-grid use. We prioritize lightweight aluminum structures, functional layouts, straightforward systems, and components that can be serviced and repaired in the field.

Manufacturing starts at a dedicated fabrication facility in China that specializes in welded aluminum monocoque structures. This facility uses CNC precision forming, aerospace-grade welding processes, and automotive-level powder coating. It operates within the same regional supply chain that produces lightweight aluminum structures for many established overland and expedition brands, where this type of manufacturing expertise is concentrated.

We do not purchase finished, off-the-shelf products.

We own the designs, control the specifications, and enforce our standards at the factory level.
Our team is on-site multiple times per year, works directly with factory partners, and rejects any assemblies that do not meet our structural, dimensional, or finish requirements.

Once assemblies arrive in the United States, final build-out and validation happens in-house. Our team of welders, fabricators, and electricians completes:

  • Structural inspection and reinforcement verification
  • Electrical system installation and testing
  • Lighting, accessories, and system integration
  • Weather sealing, hardware installation, and fitment
  • Quality control checks including water testing, alignment, and torque verification
  • Customer-specific customization and upgrades

This hybrid model allows us to combine advanced aluminum manufacturing with hands-on US assembly, testing, and accountability. It keeps critical systems, quality control, and final fitment under our direct control — where failures are caught before delivery, not after.

Every camper is reviewed, signed off, and supported by the same team that designed and assembled it. That’s why we confidently stand behind our products with a clear, US-backed warranty and long-term support.

No shortcuts. No blind imports.

Just well-designed, properly built equipment intended to be used hard and supported properly.
