4Runner (2003-2009) Hybrid Front Bumper

Designed for strength, clearance, and clean OEM-style fitment, the Bay Area Metal Fab (BAMF) / Cascadia Overland Co. Hybrid Front Bumper for the 2003–2009 Toyota 4Runner (4th Gen) delivers trail-ready protection without excessive bulk.

The center section is constructed from reinforced plate steel and tucked tight to the frame for improved approach angle. Tubular outer wings are formed from 1.75" x .120-wall DOM tubing to provide excellent impact resistance while maintaining high-clearance performance. The top is fully gusseted and capped with 11-gauge sheet steel to close the factory gap and add rigidity where it matters most.

This bumper is 100% designed and fabricated in-house in the USA and finished in a durable black powder coat for long-term durability and corrosion resistance.
