4Runner (2014-2024) Hybrid Front Bumper

Designed for strength, clearance, and clean OEM-style fitment, the Bay Area Metal Fab (BAMF) / Cascadia Overland Co. Hybrid Front Bumper for the 2014–2024 Toyota 4Runner (5th Gen) blends rugged protection with a refined OEM-plus appearance.

The center section is constructed from reinforced plate steel and tucked tight to the frame for improved approach angle. Tubular outer wings are formed from 1.75" x .120-wall DOM tubing to provide excellent impact resistance while maintaining high-clearance performance. The top is fully gusseted and capped with 11-gauge sheet steel to close the factory gap and increase rigidity at key stress points.

This bumper is 100% designed and fabricated in-house in the USA and finished in a durable black powder coat for lasting durability and corrosion resistance.
